What are the shipping charges for domestic orders?
We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 150 on all orders within Pakistan. However, shipping is free for all orders exceeding PKR 3,000.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Domestic orders typically take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. During sale periods, delivery may take up to 7 working days due to high volume.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused, unworn item with original tags within 14 days of purchase. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as online payments via Credit/Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and popular mobile wallets.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Limelight ships globally. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination country and the weight of the parcel.
