Ship the Parcel
Send the package back to our central warehouse using a traceable courier service of your choice; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects the returned items, we will process your exchange or issue a refund in the form of store credit within 7-10 working days.
